The Finance Committee act as an advisory group on financial matters related to the parish. They meet on an ad hoc basis, which is determined by the projects being undertaken in the parish. Ireland Stand Up is one of several national lay initiatives campaigning to reverse the Government's decision to close Ireland's Embassy to the Holy See. Send a postcard to Taoiseach Enda Kenny, asking him to invite His Holiness Pope Benedict XVI to Ireland for the closing ceremonies of the 50th International Eucharistic Congress June 10th-17th 2012 in Croke Park, Dublin; and to reinstate our Vatican Embassy.
