Day-Care Centre - Allenwood
A day-care centre operates in a room at Allenwood Church on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 11am to 3pm each day. A bus collects and returns participants. Tea and scones on arrival. Play cards, bingo, lotto and lots more. Enjoy a four-course dinner and afternoon tea. €3 all in. Senior Citizens Christmas Party A Senior Citizens' Committee organises an annual Christmas party and other events. Allen Parish Senior Citizens Christmas Party will take place on Sunday 13th December. More details later. Meals-on-Wheels A Meals-on-Wheels service is available in the parish.
